Got sidetracked post-workout and forgot to post this yesterday - oops! This week's schedule is out of whack, so it's been a bit of a struggle to fit workouts in, and yesterday's was much later than usual, but felt great once it was done.
Day 3 was an UB spilt with Daniel was another doozy - the back was the weakest link, as expected, and the burnout style rounds torched the muscles in a big way! Surprisingly the arms and back aren't as sore and after Day 1's workout, but having limited weights made it a little harder to work to failure with stronger muscles compared to Day 1. The next UB split day looks interesting - again a pairing of weaker and stronger muscles, but not directly opposing ones.
Looking forward to the rest of the week's workouts and hoping to be able to fit them in as scheduled despite the irregular schedule this week.
