The days have become shorter here where I live, and although I do prefer cold and dark days to warm and bright days (I know, a preference like this is not super common but it exists), there's no denying that it's negatively affecting me physically.
In time like this when I feel lack of energy quite often, I find myself relying on a set of mid-intensity videos that I consider as my go-to comfort workout routines. I've done each of them multiple times, which means that the routines feel so familiar at this point that I can easily get into them even on days when I cannot summon full motivation and concentration that might be required for harder, longer and less familiar workout routines. I just wanted to put some of my favourites here, and I wanted to ask if you also have videos that you always find yourself falling back onto when you're low on motivation or stamina!
