Hello all. I hope you do fine. I have a doubt about which programme should i choose right now. I am doing pilates equipment 2 times a week and I would like to have 3 more sessions during the week. I am doing a diet in order to lose some fat ( from 17% to 12%) and my nutritionist adviced me to do only strength and slighly cardio. Any advice?
