It looks like several of us are doing the 2-week Mass challenge at about the same time - yay for fellow workout buddies! :D
Today's LB+HIIT workout with Kelli was a really fun combo of bands, weights, and interesting HIIT cardio. The HIIT was much more fun and interesting than usual, especially with its variety of non-standard exercises, and the entire workout, which was very similar to BE format, flew by pleasantly! :)
This Mass challenge is turning out to be both fun and challenging in just the right way, and the variety of workouts and exercises within the workouts is great. So far, of the Challenges completed (Abs, Booty, Bored Easily, Busy People, Flex, Short & Sweet, Simply Stretch, Reach, You vs. You), this one is looking to be the top contender for favorite with its variety, length, and balance of strength/cardio.
Simultaneously looking forward to and somewhat dreading tomorrow's part 2 of UB splits w/ Daniel - the back knows what's coming, and the chest and triceps are still remembering yesterday's workout, haha! ;)
