Instead of going up, I went down in my percentage of being on track: 77% this week. I’ve had 8 off track snacks this week, so I guess this week I should aim for a max of 7 this week and then I will make my 80% goal. It means a bit of planning, because sunday it’s Sinterklaas which means kruidnootjes, banketletters and schuimpjes.. (lots of treats).
My stretching in the morning has been going well, it feels really nice after a stretch.
My shoulder is still not healed yet, so I am taking it easy this week, I am going to yoga this thursday, but taking a break the rest of the week. Kind of sucks because I finally have my pull-upbar and now I can’t use it. But it is best to take some time and heal then to mess up my shoulder completely.
