Hello all and welcome back to the PPals thread for your Monday check-in. I'm short on time and actually typing this on my walk with Remy, so I'm getting straight to it.
Today I started the Pulse Community Challenge created by our long lost ChocoLena a year (or more?) ago. I turned it into a routine since I was in the middle of another program at the time. Today was a 5x5x5 lower body workout with a 5 minute EC booty burnout.
After a long weekend of indulging I'm going back to my old stand by healthy and delicious salmon for dinner.
I have a long week of work ahead of me and Remy is taking advantage of my distraction to pull me after whatever scents her snout is picking up so I'll turn it over to you.
