Best way to record partial workout complete

Sometimes when I mix and match workouts, I will do just one section of a workout, such as just the HIIT or just the abs portion.

For example: This workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/hiit-cardio-and-abs-workout-sweaty-hiit-standing-abs-and-mat-core-work/dashboard is 39 minutes. Several times I have completed just the HIIT (8 minutes) or just the abs (15 minutes). If I mark the whole workout as complete, I would show 39 total minutes, including training types that I did not complete that day.

Is there a way to track this without skewing my workout statistics?
