i'm thinking to buy a barbell to help lift heavier on squats/lunges/deadlifts etc.
Has anyone done that? Is the transition easy? Doesn't your back hurt where the bar is placed? Is the form any different? Did you start with lower weights on transition? Anything to watch out?
Also i notice the bars have different lengths starting from 1.20cm. Why is that? Depending on how large of a person you are? or does it have a different effect? maybe on balancing etc?
