How are you all doing today? Did you survive your Monday relatively intact?
I certainly hope so!
My Monday was busy, but alright. Now on to today: it's another cold, blustery day, but at least there's some sunshine! We'll get out and enjoy the little bit of snow left on the ground and get our Vitamin D in while we're at it.
So how about you, Blenders? What's happenin' today?
What's on the workout menu for today? Something new and exciting? Maybe an old favorite? Or just going with what's on the schedule for today?
Today, I'm gonna get some lower body work in. I originally wanted to do upper body and cardio yesterday, but after a bunch of housecleaning, I nixed the cardio and just went with upper body work. So today, I think I'll try to find a lower body/cardio mix about 30-40 minutes long.
And what's on the dinner menu for today, Blenders?
Maybe some soup. Soup and sandwiches. There we go--easy and delicious!
Finally: here's a pic a of my Bailey girl and her little sidekick Mable Lee. Out playin in the little dusting of snow we got the other day.
