we dont have to be skinny

Hello everyone,

I was a cabin chef in a private airline and we all had to be weighed everytime. Appearence was not important thereagainst, numbers of scale were so important for them. We started starving days before we weighed. Some of us took diruetic pills to be lighter on the scale. So ı used to weigh myself 3 times in a day and ı obsessed with numbers. My mother and husband were hiding scale from me. Finally I quited my job and now ı feel happy. When I was working there , always want to lift weights however ı was scare gaining muscle because of the scale. But now ı m lifting with fitnessblender and ı feel confident ,happy. I still weigh myself time in a day but by the time ı will overcome it. Thank you kelli and Daniel. Love yourself , not the numbers :)
