I’ve recently found out that I’m 6 weeks pregnant. When I found out I stopped exercising as was worried that it would be dangerous. I’m finding it very difficult to eat healthily at the moment as I feel constantly hungry and craving sweet things. I’m eager to get back into working out, does anybody have any idea what type of workouts are safe for me to do?
