Work for glutes and hips

Still gradually working my way up getting out of the hamstring tendinopathy, this one was a challenge for the lazy glutes!!

Pilates wasn't my favorite when I started working out, but now I realize it's the so much needed basic movement and I enjoy it.

It's sort of a mindfulness session, so it's also doing good for my chaotic brain๐Ÿ˜…

I'm so glad I could do the staggered deadlift, and the good morning without the hamstring tendon complaining, a sign I'm getting better.
