I commented on one of Kelli's recent posts about how my October went so poorly & how I was feeling so stressed and in the dumps - lots of life changes, binge eating, weight gain, no will to exercise, feeling ache-y etc. Quite a few of you were so kind as to leave words of encouragement & suggest easy ways to get movement in during the day.
I have a tendency to push myself too hard too fast, so I'm not going to get too far ahead of myself this go. But I will try to take things one day at a time, listen to my body, and work hard to build my habit back up again.
Thanks again for the support and for reading 💙💙💙
Just Wanted to Say Thank You 💙

I'm happy to say that after weeks of sitting on the couch, I've been able to exercise two days this week! Monday I was feeling numb, so I found a bunch of my old favorite songs and just danced around my house for a couple of hours. Tonight I decided to tackle a few of my favorite mini workouts ( https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/low-impact-cardio-workout-for-beginners-feel-good-cardio // https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/dynamic-walking-workout-light-cardio-workout-for-circulation-and-mobility // https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/better-posture-tension-relief-neck-shoulders-upper-back-arms-wrist-stretches ) but changed up my workout location this time. I'm feeling less aches and pains already and my body is thanking me for taking the time to take care of it 🥰
