Hi everyone, I have question about doing deadlifts,,should I be bending my knees as I’m going down? I’m trying not to but when I don’t I get scared that I might hurt my knees.
I’m at day 17 of FB sweat which I love there were lots of deadlifts don’t know if I did them correctly 😏.
