Improvised ankle weights!

I thought this might raise a smile for your Saturday delectation. I’m on day 4 of the Mass Challenge and my note from the previous time through today’s workout informed me that I needed ankle weights. I don’t have any, so I got creative. (In case it’s not obvious, those are tiddly pink dumbbells under the scarf strapping.)

I can’t claim it was entirely comfortable, but it seemed to work quite well!

(I’ve now ordered some weights, so my scarves can go back to a more conventional function.)
