end of training and short and sweet!

so we've finished up official training today and i finished up short and sweet!

this program worked out well for this time. i didnt try to make progress, just get used to a new routine. and also continued to learn to listen to my body- for training these past 2 weeks i was working 8-430 instead of 830-5 and of course bf also had to be to work - i need my time in the morning to relax and i just felt so rushed and chaotic - wed/thur/today i did not workout.

also driving to the city this time around has not been all that bad. first off im not freaking out about getting to the gym at night and getting off 3 exits earlier in the morning is making a difference!

in the span of 2 years ive gone from working out at 530pm after work 2-3 days a week +sat am(which i did for 10 years) to now working out at 530am 😳 mon-fri with weekends off.

as usual i hemmed and hawwed over the next program. its hard to imagine doing level 5 hiit at 530am! haha - plus my bf is sleeping just in the next room!

i think im going to do Blend. i bought it awhile ago but always do everything else in favor of it. just for something different and it will give me a chance to see if ill wake the boy up!

really looking forward to being on my own routine at work(of course ha) and seeing how blend works for me!
