Hello everyone, I wonder if a few people may remember me from years past. I've been with Fitnessblender since 2014 but I'm a serial start-stopper. I think the most consistent I've ever been is six months and all other streaks are waaayy shorter.
I wanted to chat about finding a routine. I work a 40h week and I'm not a morning person at all so working out early in the morning before work is out of the question. The past month or so I have managed to get 3-4 workouts in per week after work and I feel fine doing it just now. I'm kind of already expecting to fail this too because I have always quit. I'm the heaviest now I've ever been and feel such a stranger in my own body.
How did you find your routine? Did you have to experiment?
Finding a routine is so difficult
