Daily Check-in: Tuesday, November 2nd

Hi, Blenders!

So how is it going on your Tuesday? I have some Muhly grass to share for you today. It's one of my favorite grasses that is in bloom right now with their fuzzy magenta florescence. Always look forward to walk this time of year with these guys on the eye.

Anyway, so how's the workouts and food thing going for you? ..I did start the mass challenge yesterday. Day one being upper body focused, so that means today will have some lower body and optional core work. Sounds like a plan, but I want to read your plans!

And dinner needs to hurry up and make up its mind over here. I might do something with okra and tomatoes. I haven't had that in a while so that seems like the thing to eat!
