I just want to share my observation wondering if it's a common thing. I've been finding myself sweating less and less while working out. When I first started working out with FB last year I sweated like hell and drank more or less a liter of water during the course of workout. These days I don't finish a 500 mL water bottle after an hour long workout.
I'm still pushing myself to the hardest. After doing upper body workout for 50 minutes last night I was hardly sweaty but my arms still felt like jello. It was an awkward observation to me as I used to be dripping sweat when I did strength training to the point of my limbs feeling like noodles. Gotta mention that my room was not even that cold!
Not that I'm worried if my workout is getting less effective; I do still see progress. I just wonder if other people have similar experiences. Or am I thinking in a wrong way and it is a kind of warning sign?
