It's the half-way point of the work week for most of us, and I hope the week's been good to ya so far!
Today is a special day here in our household. My little Pumpkin Baby is 1 year old today! Oh my goodness, where does the time go? Regardless, Happy Birthday 1st Birthday, Alpha Foxtrot! I love you to the moon and back; and I hope we have many many more years of birthday celebrations ahead of us ❤️

What workouts do you have in store for today? Or is it a rest day for you?
I've got another total body routine with optional EC HIIT. I will probably skip the EC or swap out for something else.
What about food? What's on the menu for today, Blenders?
Probably something easy, as it's gonna be busy today!
