I’m on my 2nd day of 3rd week of the meal plan. And I’ve been doing the 1600, but this week I feel Really hungry. I wait 20-30 minutes after I eat my big meal, I feel hungry, I try drinking more water, it helps a little. But I’m thinking of increasing my calorie intake. Maybe leave the snacks the same but increase the meal calorie to the measuring the 2000. I’ve lost some weight, but I’m afraid to gain weight if I increase.
