I'm a bit more flexible now. And yes, what you see is my purple mat with 5 cm thickness. So I'm able to go 5 cm further down, ladies and gentlemen! I'm impressed 🤗
When most of us were on full lockdown on March 2020, I started to workout with FB. I knew that I was probaby the most unflexible girl. My lower back pain didn't help either. The best I could do back then was reaching my knees.
From my knees to my toes, that's about 40 cm... And I almost forget the extra 5 cm from my mat.
So, I can proudly say that I gain 45 cm in terms of flexibility?
