Daily Check-in: Wednesday, October 20th

How are you all doing today?

We're at the halfway point of the work week (for most of us), and that's somethin', eh?

Actually, I don't know if it's anything at all; but, hey. It's Wednesday, my dudes!

I've been dealing with hellaciously slow internet and computer this morning, so let's hope this posts according to plan.

Ok, let's get to it!

What's going on in workouts today, Blenders? Is it a sweatfest, or maybe a chillfest for you?

I think I have a core and cardio day. Due to said technology slowness, I have not checked my calendar yet. But I'm pretty sure that's what I have going on today.

And what's on the menu for today, Blendies?

I didn't get to my Brussels sprouts yesterday, so we'll be having those tonight alongside some chicken.

And finally: here's yet another rainbow pic for you! This time there was a nice one over the corn field.
