Many of these topics are challenging to cover, to say the least, but are ones that our Community has asked us to tackle. With the help of two extremely experienced, dedicated mental health experts (both of whom are long-time Fitness Blender users, in fact), we are proud to be able to explore topics we have not been able to previously.
