Good morning/afternoon/evening once again, BlendFriends! How goes it this Sunday? Anyone else still flabbergasted that we’re in October already? September seemed to fly by!
What’s going on in your world today? Rest, time with friends, getting ready for the upcoming week? We are going to church, but after that I plan to hang out with my bird, do some baking, maybe some reading.
Any workouts happening today? Whether formal FB workouts, walking the dog, hiking, yard work…all that movement adds up! So how are you sweating - or resting- today? It’s a rest day for me. I am very sore after rock climbing yesterday. Mostly in my upper body and one of my knees. Oh, and Shabnam, because I *am* such a good Blender 😜, here’s a picture for you of me scaling that rock wall! I’m pretty proud of myself- I’m not thrilled with heights, and letting go and just falling - even though I was harnessed - was a little daunting!
What about food today? We gotta eat! So what’s on your menu? I have no idea what we’re eating. Except for our regular Sunday night dessert, which will be pumpkin oatmeal cookies with a brown butter glaze. Yum!
