Hi guys :) I have been doing some of the new FB workouts, and I love Tasha's videos! I notice she does burpees different to the way I have traditionally done them - when she jumps out to the plank, she lowers her whole body to the ground, and then back up again before jumping up. Do these work the body in a different way? I find that I can't complete nearly as many reps in a given time interval when I do them this way, but I feel like they are maybe giving me some extra core/lower back work. What do you guys think? Do you like Tasha burpees, or do you prefer the traditional style?
