New FB Plus Workout: Fun Medicine Ball Workout

Good morning!

I hope that you’re feeling good today, and ready for a new workout. I had a lot of fun filming this one:

15 Minute Total Body Medicine Ball Workout

This is a no repeat workout that targets the upper body, core, and lower body muscles in a unique way. The weight distribution of this particular piece of equipment allows us to diversify the way we challenge our muscles, and it’s durability makes for some really dynamic exercises that you can’t easily do with other pieces of equipment (I love my dumbbells and wouldn’t throw them at the floor as hard as I could!).

You will need: a medicine ball, and enough space to throw a medicine ball

Today I’m keeping my head down, planning and working on new content. Daniel and I are planning on pairing up for a special project, and we’ve got lots of surprises in line for 2022 (and lots before then, too). Please wish us luck, enjoy this new workout, and have a great day!
