So I am about to complete FBFitr3, and it is the 90 minute 1000 calorie workout. Today I did a great cardio kickboxing workout with Daniel and added a 20 min pilates butt and thigh workout with Kelli (feeling that one now, I tell you.) It was not a HIIT workout, more regular cardio, pretty low impact too. Tomorrow is a recovery workout before the 90 min one, which is scheduled to Monday.
Problem is, I can't workout on Mondays due to my schedule. I would have to get up at 3.30 am to do it. Rather, I would just love to do the 90 min workout tomorrow Sunday. However, the instructions are to rest rest rest before that workout. I don't want to ignore informed advice, but I just would feel so good if I could do it before the crazy week starts.
I already tested out and did a 1000 calorie workout two weeks ago, so I know I can do it. In fact, I would love to do one every Sunday.
So what do you think - should I, could I do this workout after doing a full body 65 min work out the day before?
