Below 68kg for the first time in months :)

It would seem that weight training is underestimated.

I am glad I bought my selection dumbbells, my adjustable kettlebells and my workout bench now.

Along with HIIT and cycling and watching my diet reasonably well, I think I can get to around 64kg for Christmas time.

Like The Rock, who we all know, I think it is possible to enjoy life and keep fit at the same time.
