Typically I just stick to the usual "lift as heavy as you can with clean form and do 10 reps per set." Today I decided to do something different though and picked a slightly lighter weight and did 16 reps per set.
The description of the video said the wide range in calorie burn depends on the weights you're using/reps you're doing. Since I went more of the toning route with this routine rather than mass building, should I expect to be on the lower end of this range?

Typically I just stick to the usual "lift as heavy as you can with clean form and do 10 reps per set." Today I decided to do something different though and picked a slightly lighter weight and did 16 reps per set.
