I’m going to be traveling this weekend (out of my routine for 10 days) so I’ll be revisiting this idea! Just thought I’d put it here too as a thought for others who like doing this too. It went well last year and was fun! Doing push-ups so often, even just from the wall, really does seem to make a difference in my upper body strength.
