1 Year Anniversary with FB! 🎊

This is a few days early, but September 5 marks my 1 year anniversary with FB! πŸŽ‰ There are so many things I could say, but one thing I really want to say is how grateful I am to Kelli & Daniel (and their team!) for providing this incredible and encouraging resource. I have learned so much about what true health is and how to make choices that are actually good for your body. I could cry, I am so thankful for you guys!! β™₯️

I will post pictures of my calendar in the comments below, just for reference. I have stayed consistent, and I am proud of that.

Favorite Exercise: Single leg deadlifts (they make me feel so strong!)

Favorite way to train: Strength training!

I started out with 3lb, 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb dumbbells. I quickly grew out of those and now I have the Sport 24 power blocks, which I have already maxed out for deadlifts. So, I can definitely say I’ve gotten stronger.

I am now doing the Flex & Booty program combination for the month of September. My goals for the coming year are to stay consistent, build strength, and focus more on nutrition than I have this previous year.

I have learned so much from FB and you have inspired me to pursue personal training (hopefully) in the future!

Thank you so, so much for all that you do! And thank wonderful FB community for your support and advice. I’m pumped for this next year! Let’s do this thing! πŸ’ͺ🏻
