I am looking to gain Muscles. Little to No Cardio. Male. Should I start with FB Strong?

Hi, I used to be doing a different homework out program from a different company (not sure if it could be named). It worked well, but I stopped for a couple of years due to work and some health issues.

I lost what I gained from that program and looking into getting fit again.

I want to try something different, and Ive been hearing about Fitness Blender being great which is why I am here and want to give things a try.

I am looking for a program that's more into building muscles with little to no cardio.

Is FB Strong a good place to start? Or maybe someone can help me which direction to go.
