I have a question in regards to my lower body when exercises and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best way I can fix this.
So whenever I can workout and do lower body routines, even back before my pains have started, I noticed I have a harder time activating my left glute compared to my right one. I looked in the mirror and saw my right glute is more lifted than my left. I don't know what I'm doing/was doing wrong to cause that. It's like they're imbalanced.
I have tried starting on my left glute when I do exercises to see if it helped but to no avail. I have even seen things when I looked up how to fix this that say "Work your weaker glute everyday or every other day doing certain exercises but DON'T work the stronger more lifted one until you can match the weaker to it." I thought about doing those but then thought, "Would that make it worse? Or even cause more imbalances perhaps?" I decided to come here and see if anyone has maybe gone through this and how you fixed it or what the best approach might be. It's really frustrating and I want to even them out as much as I can.
Thank you in advance for the advice and reading. Have a Blessed day/afternoon/evening/night!
