Has anyone here had a mastectomy? I'm scheduled for a unilateral one. I'm in the best shape of my life. I lost over 50 pounds over COVID, and the thought of losing all that ground during recovery is almost worse than the prospect of the surgery itself. Has anyone been through this and can comment on recovery and getting your fitness back?

I'm feeling like I'll never get back to where I am now...
