Good day Foodie Blenders.
Yesterday was a busy day around here extremely smokey due to a wild fire in the area. However, that didn't stop the kitchen work. Last night it was a marinated portobello mushroom sandwich.
French bread turned into garlic bread, avocado/pesto mayo, grilled onion, sauteed greens, fresh tomato. What did you have going on in your kitchen?

Edit: Vegetarian and could be easily vegan with changes in the mayo and changing up the garlic bread a bit.
