I absolutely adore the upperbody split workouts! They are so comprehensive and thorough and leave me so sore every time š. Anyways, It got me thinking tho how awesome it would be to have a series of lower body split workouts aswell (presented in a similar format).
For example
1 vid ā¢ glutes
2 vid ā¢ quads
3 vid ā¢ calves
Haha Iām not very good at muscle anatomy but Iām sure there are some more intricate muscles you could also hit within each vid š
What do you guys think? Would you like a workout series like this?
