I am very frustrated. I have been working out for a year now. I continually challenge myself with adding weight or new exercises to my routine. Recently though- my calorie burn has been very low during my workouts. Since I choose all over body exercise it’s hard to find something new to try.
I do not want to lose weight, and I try my best to eat healthy 90% of the time. It just seems like a little indulgence effects me easier now too.
I use my Fitbit to track my workouts. Do I just keep going and ignore the lack of calorie burn? I’m happy with how I feel but it feels like so much work. I exercise 5-6 days a week.
Working hard- little calorie burn

Any insight? I’m discouraged.
