Daily Check-in: Wednesday, August 11th

Blendfriends! Welcome to the halfway day of the week.

I've got a busy day ahead, so Imma go right ahead and make this a quickie of a check-in.

Workout for me (if there is time) will be a short total body strength with Tasha from FBYAY. There is also a nice stretching video from Kelli that I love thrown in there.

Food is so on the I don't know right now. I'm sure the fridge will help me out later on.
