FB Reach Day 4

Hello Blender Peeps!

To be honest I should've posted this two days ago (Saturday) but I wasn't able to do day 4 until today. The past two days I wasn't feeling all that great (I didn't get COVID or anything don't worry) I was just feeling a little weak and had some bad headaches. I'm someone who gets headaches pretty easily. Is anyone else like that? I tried to do this yesterday but my body just was not feeling up to it. I tried to push through because the workout wasn't that long but my body was just not having. I was feeling pain all over the place, my head, stomach and my left leg had the sharpest and worst pain especially in my knee. I don't know where the pain came from but at the point I told myself, "Nope. I'm not doing this." So I decided to try again today and thankfully I feel a lot of better and was able to get through the the warm-up, workout and cool-down.

This upper body workout was a burner. I miss the burn honestly. Bodyweight exercises I think are HIGHLY underrated. Just because no weights are involved doesn't mean it isn't a good workout...especially if you do it right. I'm not hating on anyone who feels differently I'm just saying my point of view. It's always nice to mix things up.

Doing this routine made realize my favorite bodyweight upper body exercises: Arm Circles, Rhomboid Squeezes, Wall Push Ups. Is it weird to say that I feel the burn more when doing upper body exercises bodyweight? Then again to be fair I haven't done a weighted routine in over a year so I don't really remember how it feels. 😅 We'll see soon enough.

There was no need to modify anything here because nothing was too complicated for me. I did end up sweating for sure but then I realized the air conditioner in the house wasn't on haha. Oh well good workout in general.

The cool down and stretch was an interesting one and it felt good too. I saw a lot of comments saying it didn't feel good or it wasn't one people would do again. Personally, I liked it. It felt good and yeah the muscles happens but once you get over that the stretching felt nice.

Anyway, thank you for reading and have a Blessed day!
