How is everyone doing this first friday of the month!? ππ»πΊπ» Feeling the vibes!? Remember that everyone is always welcome!
Thought of the day!

Another reminder to keep our inner child alive and live in the present moment. Every moment is passing by and we might never be able to enjoy it again! So, enjoy it! βΊοΈ Take the hand of the person you love, give a hug to your mom or dad you can, laugh at loud without caring if others don't understand you, spend time with the friends you care about, cry as much as you need to and whenener you need to, say what you are thinking and be proud of it, be kind to others as much as you want them to be kind to you! There are many ways to enjoy each moment but, I think, the important thing is that you never take it for grated!
Today is a lower body day for me! It will be mostly strenght and a bit of hiit! π€Έπ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ I will be adding the newest short lower body workout with Kelli as an EC too! Besides that, maybe a walk!
