Perspiration Pals - 8/6/21🏋🚶

Hey PPals. I'm going to start off this thread on a positive note, since my positivity is in short supply lately. Are you ready? It's Friyay!! My apologies to anyone who works on the weekends for celebrating Friday, but this week has been an emotional challenge. Most of my stress has been work-related, so once I get through today I'm looking forward to leaving all that behind for two peaceful days (I hope).

One bright spot in my dismal workweek has been my FB workouts. I finished the Bodyweight Challenge on Tuesday and started Adventure yesterday. I just finished today's upper body workout. I'm feeling quite sore from my lower body workout yesterday, which was the first time I had picked up my weights in three weeks. The scheduled workout today was one I've done a few times and that I'm not a huge fan of, so I instead did a new upper body workout with Kelli that I hadn't tried yet.

Oh, I guess I have a third bright spot in my day: pizza is on the menu tonight. And it's takeout, so no dishes, yay!
