Oops… 2 days late. It is definitely summer holiday here, I completely forgot..
I did the Flex workouts last week and I did push myself. It went quite well actually. Nevertheless, I decided to only do the mobility program for the next 8 weeks to focus on that. I can choose 15, 30 or 45 minutes of workout and do 30 most days. It is not a workout, but a program to improve mobility they say, but it feels like a workout quite often :)
The munching was not as bad as it was, but still a bit too much. I discovered the cause though: I am eating less fruit as a snack..
So, this week’s goal:
*eat 2 pieces of fruit daily and opt for healthy snacks.
*try a deeper range of motion in my mobility program.
My NSV’s this past week (there were 3!!):
I went bouldering and there was a new “problem” (a route) that involved pulling yourself towards the wall / next grip, I did that with ease and it felt so awesome.
I biked up the hill to the bridge in second gear on my bike and it felt comfortable. I normally have to do that in first gear.
I can do a part of a wall walk, getting my feet up on the wall, hands quite a bit forward. This does not sound like much, but I never dared to, afraid my arms would not be able to carry me.
Hope you are enjoying your time off if you have a holiday. Hope your workload is not too bad if you don’t. I’ll try to post on monday again next week ;)
