I just wondered what program(s) you would recommend for someone who wants to focus mainly on strength and toning (as opposed to heavy cardio/weight loss).
I have completed FB Mass and FB Strength multiple times (in addition to the booty and abs programs) and would like to try something new that still has a strong weight lifting element to it.
