Red Dan Plan complete! ✨

Yaaaaay! I did it, people! I managed to catch the confetti in the screenshot! 😉 And I also completed my first 1000cal video after a year of cold feet. Now I'm thinking it was silly of me to avoid them, there are always, always ways to adjust to your own level, but maybe everything happens for a reason and no point overthinking it.

So... I meant to share all sorts of impressions and observations about the workout, but now that I sat to write it down, I'm useless. Energy drained, mind empty, don't know what to say except that I'm exhausted and happy.

I felt like a human sprinkler during HIIT, seeing drops of sweat fly everywhere, but Julia you were right, after that section everything goes by more easily. I also appreciated the structure – 3 sets per exercise in first section, then 2 per exercise in second and then just 1 in the last two. It helps mentally to know there are no more repeats in the second half.

After today there is only one more 1000cal left that I never tried, one with Daniel in an olive green shirt. And we know there are plenty of videos with that shirt to make a full week or maybe even two-week challenge, so needless to say, I'm tempted!😁 I'll call it "You Better bOlive Hiit". Yeah, definitely a plan for the future, but not exactly straight away because old school Dan is no joke! After this challenge, I'm in the mood for something slower, less cardio and less total body, much more lower body and by God I've missed pilates!
