Wow! I can't believe tomorrow is Friday already.
Incorporating daily foam rolling and a little Yoga each day along with this program and I feel so good.
Started using my fitness pal today, but not sure I'll keep up with it. Seems a little too time consuming for me.
Anyway, tomorrow will be the last day of week one of my first program here π
My toddlers love to watch the confetti fly when it's time to hit the WORKOUT COMPLETE button βΊοΈ
I would love to add in the booty and arm program soon, but not sure how to do it π€ any suggestions?
