Hey FB folks,
So I've been doing FB stuff for a while, but recently did the two free 5 day challenges and now I've started a 4 week intense challenge.
But my wrists are really struggling... I've tried doing pushups/Burpees etc on my fists but I still end up with a lot of wrist stiffness. Any tips??
