FB Burn Round 2 has been awesome! I have swapped out some of the workouts for ones I have not done (which has provided me with even more motivation). 🙂
I was planning on FB Strong for August, but noticed the first week of Strong was the last week of Burn. Therefore, I am leaning towards FB Fit Round 1. I just pray there are few repeats; otherwise, I will be swapping routines.
For those of you who have done a FB Fit routine, what are your takeaways?

1. I have not needed supplemental oxygen in almost 2 weeks.
2. I have not pulled my hair for 75 days (with no inclination to do so, either).
3. My breasts have shrunk.
4. I can do the Pilates saw without assistance, with the ability to touch my toes with no bend to my knees.
