Hi! I'm on my second week of FB burn round 2. I was just wondering if this is normal -
I find it leg day VERY difficult on my arms. A lot of the leg workouts are much tougher with weights, so I like to use them when they are optional or included in the workout, but I feel like my arms tire out a lot sooner than my legs and I have to put my weights down because my chest/arm muscles are sore from holding them up.
Is it just that my arms are still weak or could I be doing something wrong? How can I counteract that because I want really good leg workouts but it gets difficult when I have to do e.g. deadlights without weights etc.
