Please add "warm up / cool down" in training type for this video https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-stretching-routine. It is 8 years old and in that time probably massively overlooked as one of FB's very rare upper-specific cooldowns, because it doesn't pop up in searches for cooldown.
